Dental Insurance
We are a preferred provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Dakota and a Delta Premiere Provider, but we are always happy to file insurance forms with any insurance company. Please bring your insurance card or information with you to your appointment so we can better assist you.
Please understand, however, that you are ultimately responsible for payment of all services. Should your insurance not cover what is estimated, you will be responsible to pay any uncovered portion.
Payment Options
We accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. Financing is also available through CareCredit. Payment is due when services are delivered. Please feel free to ask us about the payment options so we can find the one that best fits your needs.
Financial Questions
Our accounts manager will be happy to answer your financial questions. She can be reached by calling our office at (701) 271-1060.
Same day failed appointments will be charged $50, and restorative appointments are $100.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please provide a 24 hour notice if you must cancel your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer that appointment to another patient. If your appointment is cancelled the day of, a cancellation fee will be charged. Additionally, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you in order to be respectful of fellow patients’ appointments. The same failed appointment fee will be charged if you are more than 10 minutes late. When you schedule an appointment, we have a room and employee reserved specifically for you. We appreciate you respecting our time as well as your fellow patients’ time!
